Guangdong's 2011 grain yields reach 13.6 million tonnes
South China's Guangdong province produced 13.61 million tonnes of grain in the whole of 2011, the local government said.
Northwest China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region harvested 3.59 million tonnes of grain in 2011, up 0.84% from 2010's levels.
Hohhot City, the capital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, produced 1.26 million tonnes of grain in 2011, up slightly from a year earlier, local media reported.
