Reshuffling in Pilgrim's Pride board

Wesley Mendonca Batista, chief operating officer of JBS SA, has replaced Lonnie "Bo" Pilgrim as chair on the board of directors of Pilgrim's Pride Corp.

Pilgrim will remain a member of the board, but Lonnie Ken Pilgrim, the company's vice president, and Richard Cogdill, its chief financial officer, have been removed, according to a filing at the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Pilgrim's Pride emerged from bankruptcy in the previous week.
