Topigs and Yurun invest RMB130 million in pig breeding farm

Netherlands-based Topigs and China's Yurun Group had recently concluded an agreement to jointly invest RMB130 million in a pig breeding farm in Donghai district, Jiangsu province.

Initial hog stocks for the farm will be supplied by Topigs. When completed in May 2008, the farm can produce 4,000 heads of pure breed hogs annually.
