Ukrainian poultry producer receives US$2.9-million loan
Ukrainian poultry integrator and processor, CJSC Landgut Broiler, was granted loans of EUR2 million (US$2.9 million) to finance production facilities.
The money has been granted by Kiev-based OJSC State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine (Ukreximbank).
The credit in Euros was issued at 9.77 percent interest.
CJSC Landgut Broiler reported net sales of UAH39.5 million (US$7.8 million) in 2006, and increase of UAH1.5 million (US$297,000) on the previous year. Net profits for the year were UAH14.7 million (US$2.9 million).
The Ukraine-based company is 88 percent owned by the Austrian group Landgut Agrarmanagement und Holding GmbH.
