China Corn Weekly: Market remains soft despite improved demand in consumption region (week ended Dec 31, 2014)
The government's corn procurements progressed at a pace much slower than market anticipation. Hence, corn prices continued to weaken in the production regions. Prices were, however, stable in the consumption regions as feed millers stocked inventories before the New Year holidays.
