China Live Hog Weekly: Market ends 2014 on a weak note (week ended Dec 31, 2014)
Pork prices remained weak despite improved demand. Hence, with supplies abundant, slaughterhouses continued to suppress hog prices, dampening the confidence of farmers. Pork carcass volume increased 1.63% over the week to 10,513 tonnes.
