China vitamin A market lacks momentum
Prices remained unchanged over the past few weeks.
Prices of vitamin A remained firm in China amid tight supply. One local producer continued to withhold price releases while others stood firm on price quotes.
Major producers including DSM and BASF quoted around RMB125/kg for vitamin A products.
Export demand should remain stable in January while domestic sales pick up due to the upcoming Chinese New Year.
