Goodman Fielder confirms price for New Zealand Dairy Foods

Goodman Fielder, Australia's largest baker, confirmed the final purchase price for acquiring New Zealand Dairy Foods Holdings was NZ$ 869.6 million (US$ 613 million).

Goodman Fielder took control of New Zealand Dairy Foods in 2005, with the final price determined by the unit's performance under new owners.
