Market analysis
China's lysine market was generally weak with prices falling marginally.
As of Dec 30, general offer prices of locally-produced lysine were in the range of RMB10.40-10.70/kg. Transacted prices were between RMB10.20-10.50/kg.
Prices of 65-percent locally-produced lysine were between RMB5.80/kg and RMB6.10/kg.
Meanwhile, prices of deals concluded for 65-percent lysine produced by CJ Corp were at RMB5.90-6.20/kg.
As for imported lysine, transacted prices by traders were RMB10.90-11.20/kg.
Market forecast
Lysine prices are seen weak as demand remains sluggish.
