China lysine producers stand firm amid tight availability
Lysine prices moved higher during the week ending December 23.
Producers, who were mainly producing to meet previously concluded orders, stood firm as more feed milers increased lysine stockpiles in preparation for January's pre-Chinese New Year market.
Price quotes of 70-percent lysine were higher in the range of RMB5-5.50/kg.
Lysine market is expected to stay strong.
