Zinpro adds two new global marketing managers
Zinpro Corporation has announced the addition of two global marketing managers. In these newly created positions, Manoella Alves and Justin Howes will create and implement global marketing strategies and programmes to drive awareness and sales, as well as optimise customer success, with a focus on the company's poultry and ruminant nutrition products.
Manoella Alves, global marketing manager - poultry, comes to the position with 10 years' experience as a global marketing and business development senior executive at an animal health and nutrition company. She brings additional experience to the position from her role as a marketing and market development leader for a global dairy equipment company. Alves holds a master's degree in mass communication and journalism from California State University - Fresno and an Executive MBA from University College Dublin, Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, in Ireland. She had also served as a board member for various non-profit groups, including the Animal Agriculture Alliance and National Animal Agriculture Institute.
Justin Howes, global marketing manager – ruminant, brings to his role nearly 20 years of national sales and marketing experience with a global animal nutrition company, most recently as US dairy strategic marketing lead. Howes earned a bachelor's degree in agricultural business management, with a minor in animal science, from Pennsylvania State University. He had also completed the Cornell Dairy Executive Program, a comprehensive training course from Cornell University to develop leadership and decision-making skills for successful dairy business management.
