According to a 2018 World Fish report, Cambodians are one of the highest consumers of freshwater fish in the world, with annual per capita fish consumption estimated at 52.4 kg. Aqua Fisheries Cambodia 2020 provides great opportunities for exhibitors to expand business and work directly with local partners, distributors and dealers in Aquaculture and Fisheries industry. Throughout the exhibition, trade visitors will be updated on the most modern Aquaculture Technologies and Fisheries Equipment, as well as find out high quality seeds and access Marine biotechnologies coming from many different countries.

In the 2019th edition, the event attracted 48 exhibitors and 1850 visitors, in which 83% of exhibitors were satisfied with the quality of visitors and 56% of visitors found potential partners. The exhibition is expected to expand further next year.
