Both overseas and domestic demands for vitamin E were slow, dragging down prices prominently during the period in review.
Transacted prices of imported vitamin E tumbled to RMB120-125/kg, while those of locally produced vitamin E plummeted to around RMB110-115/kg.
Vitamin E prices are unlikely to strengthen in the near term.
