Aviagen appoints new int'l commercial manager for Indian River

Aviagen^®, the world's leading poultry breeding company, announced Tuesday that Mohsen Ganjaei had been appointed international commercial and product support manager for Indian River^® customers in the Middle East and Africa (MEA).

Mohsen, who has 14 years of experience in the poultry industry, has worked with the Aviagen MEA team for the past nine years, providing support to Ross^® and Arbor Acres^® customers.

Michael Garden, business manager for MEA, said of Mohsen's promotion, "The experience and knowledge Mohsen has gained over the best part of the last decade will be of great benefit to the Indian River brand, which is enjoying a growing market share in Asia and the MEA region. Mohsen's experience of the fast-growing and challenging MEA market conditions will be important in his new position and is what makes him ideal for this new role."

Besides reporting directly to Mr. Garden, Mohsen will work closely with Fred Kao, business manager for Indian River, to ensure the Indian River global strategy continues to be implemented.

Commenting on his new role, Mohsen said, "I am thrilled to have been given this opportunity and firmly believe my past experience will ensure I can hit the ground running and help the MEA team advance the Indian River brand in the region and keep improving its already strong performance."
