Fatty pork-beef minced meat demand drops in Finland

The demand for the traditional pork-beef minced meat has significantly decreased in Finland prompting a lot of grocery stores to pull out its sales.

At the same time, the sales of beef-pork minced meat have gone up.

According to a report by Finnish Broadcasting Company Yleisradio, only one out of seven grocery stores in Rovaniemi, Finland, for instance, sold the traditional pork-beef minced meat that contains 80% pork and 20% beef.
