Velsk poultry farm reveals 25-tonne sausage line capacity
Velsk poultry farm in the Velsk District of the Arkhangelsk Region, north of European Russia unveiled a sausage line with a daily capacity of 25 tonnes.
A closed-cycle production system will be adopted at the farm.
From 2008-10, the owner invested RUB3.725 billion (US$119 million) in poultry and egg production at the farm, and another RUB678 million (US$21.7 million) has been invested in 2011.
