Jamesway appoints new directors for marketing and sales

The demand for high quality protein is growing rapidly and new countries are constantly entering the poultry and incubation market, Jamesway said.

The company has been part of this international expansion for over a century.  The exciting opportunities within the evolving industry have led to many changes within Jamesway as it is progressively expanding to keep up with the demands, its press release states.

Hence, Jamesway president Christopher Omiecinski announced several key appointments.

Daniel Ferrari (pictured, top right) formerly director of sales for Canada, Europe, Africa and the Middle East will assume the new position of director of global marketing. Daniel has been with Jamesway for over seven years and will be using his extensive knowledge of the international poultry market to continue advancing Jamesway's presence on the international scene and within these growing markets. He will be focusing on sales and marketing strategies and product development specifically designed for the diversified international poultry market.

Jamesway also announced the appointment of Jim McKay (pictured, below right) as director of Americas sales. This is an expansion of Jim's territory since he has been the director of US and Latin America for many years and will now add Canada to his region. Jim is well-known to Jamesway customers as part of the dynamic team that has seen Jamesway machines installed in 17 of the 20 largest poultry companies in North America. He has been with the company for 28 years.
