Denmark's DUI Holding to start milk production in Ukraine

DUI Holding is to start producing milk in Ukraine with an investment of 1,000 dairy cows in sheds primarily built for pigs.

However, Ukraine authorities did not approve the sheds for pigs, only for cows, and the company has to take the consequences of the decision, according to Peter Hansen, who is one of the persons behind the company.

Until now, DUI Holding has been focusing on production of pork, beef and crops in Ukraine.
