China Live Hog Weekly: Weak trend prevails (week ended Nov 11, 2015)
Hog slaughtering volume increased 0.95% to 9,139 tonnes. Nonetheless, the demand for pork showed little improvement, prompting slaughterhouses to suppress the prices of hog to sustain profitability. Hog prices dipped 1.5% over the week while those of pork carcass slid 0.81%.
