Ukraine's wheat exports fall 14 percent in October
Ukrainian wheat shipments in October declined 14 percent to 1.3 million tonnes, according to customs data.
Spain was the largest buyer, importing 336,100 tonnes of wheat. Egypt ranked second with 262,400 tonnes, while Israel was third at 132,200 tonnes.
During the July-October period in fiscal year 2008-09, Ukraine exported a total of 4.4 million tonnes of wheat.
Food wheat occupied 36 percent in total grain exports.
