Anitox, a company specialising in clean feed technology, has recently appointed Ferdie Nel as Feed Technology Specialist.
Ferdie holds a B.Sc. Agric Hons degree in animal nutrition from the University of the Free State in South Africa, and an MBA degree from the University of Phoenix in the US.
He joins Anitox with an international feed milling background and has previously managed milling operations in South Africa and Zambia. His latest assignment was managing a United Arab Emirates specialty feed mill operation, manufacturing feed for high value animals.
Ferdie will concentrate his efforts in the Asia Pacific Region and will provide Anitox clients with after-sales service which includes product trials, product application and safety training, site surveys as well as advice on general milling equipment configuration and use. Main product areas are Anitox's Maxi-Mil feedmilling efficiency programme and the pathogen control (Salmonella etc.) Termin-8 programme.
