China's methionine import volume increases in September
China's methionine imports registered 9,172.96 tonnes in September, up over 1,400 tonnes from August.
Average import price in September was US$4.81/kg, up by US$0.39/kg compared with the previous month.
Japan (2,388.7 tonnes), Belgium (4,977.5 tonnes) and France (960 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during the month in review.
