Australian company starts work on US$4.5 million grain plant expansion

Australia Milling Group has begun a US$4.5 million expansion of its Wimmera grain processing facility.


The company's site in Horsham was shut down over a year ago, but Australia Milling Group has bounced back with this new development after it was acquired by Canadian firm Alliance Pulse Processors.


The facility is expected to create 15 jobs.


Australia Milling Group PTY LTD. is a vehicle for value-added processing of pulse crops in Australia. It is a subsidiary of Canada-based Alliance Pulse Processors.
