Agro-Alfa has received permission from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire the controlling stakes in seven agricultural companies.

One is located on the Zhitomir region, while the other six are in the Chernigov region. The companies specialise in growing grain crops, milk production and cattle breeding.
