Austevoll increases stake in Leroy Seafood
Austevoll Seafood ASA has increased its stake in Norway's Leroy Seafood Group to 43.42 percent.
Austevoll said it will put forward an offer for the remaining shares in Leroy Seafood at a price of NOK 59 per share.
In September, Austevoll increased its stake in Leroy Seafood to 33.34 percent at the price of NOK 59 per share.
Leroy Seafood Group, headquartered in Bergen, Norway, is an international seafood producer and supplier with sales operations in Europe, Asia and North America. The company has 1,360 employees and reported sales of NOK 6.29 billion (US$997 million) in 2007.
