China's September soy imports reach 4.13 million tonnes
China imported 4.13 million tonnes of soy in September, down 11% on-year but up 8% on-month, data from the General Administration of Customs showed.
In the first three quarters, the country imported 37.71 million tonnes of soy, down 6% on-year.
Meanwhile, it exported 10,200 tonnes of corn in September, up 77% on-year but down 23% on-month.
The country shipped out 90,691 tonnes of corn in the first nine months, down 16% on-year.
