Coleman Natural Foods has launched a line of chicken meatballs, available in several flavours.

The meatballs are produced from chickens raised without antibiotics or added hormones, the company said, adding that the chickens are fed with total vegetarian diets.

The meatball products are also free of MSG, nitrates or nitrites, artificial flavouring, gluten and trans-fats. The products are also fully cooked so that consumers can just heat it up and eat it.

The new products are available in Chipotle Cheddar, Sun-Dried Tomato, Italian Parmesan, and Basil and Provolone varieties, and will soon become available at Costco Wholesale markets nationwide, according to the company.

Coleman Natural Foods LLC, headquartered in Golden, Colorado, is a US processor, marketer and distributor of fresh and further prepared natural and organic proteins.
