Vitamin E sales stalled in the latter half of September as most buyers were drawing on inventories stocked up between late July and early August. Some traders were willing to lower prices to raise cash.
Transacted prices of imported vitamin E fell slightly to RMB159-164/kg, while those of locally produced vitamin E were lower in the range of RMB156-161/kg.
Vitamin E trading is seen to stay subdued in the coming month.
