Tyson Food Service launches budget chicken line
Tyson Food Service has launched a new Value Chicken Collection line to assist restaurants to reach out to consumers on a budget.
The new line includes three categories - Value Chicken, Right Size Fillets, and Magnum Wings.
Value Chicken features value-priced breast meat tenders and patties, while Right Size Fillets is available in homestyle, southern and spicy flavours. Magnum Wings are designed for shareable appetisers or individual entrees.
It is said that the company is offering price, premium and bulk menu ideas for each of the new categories. Ideas include offering low-price and small-portion items on menus meant to drive traffic with cost-conscious customers.
