India corn futures seen to increase on low production
India's corn futures may trade higher due to lower domestic crop and short covering after a fall in the previous session, according to analysts.
India's summer-sown corn production is estimated to reach 13.04 million tonnes, down from the previous forecast of 15.15 million tonnes, the government said.
November corn futures ended down 0.97 percent at Rs 870 per 100 kg on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange in the previous session.
