Vietnam ups dairy products imports
Vietnam approximated US$660 million expenditures on milk and dairy product imports in January-September, the General Statistics Office said Monday (Sep 26).
The agency said that the figure represented 21% on-year increase.
The Southeast Asian country bought milk and dairy products worth US$70 million in September and US$76 million in August.
In 2010, Vietnam's expenditures on importing dairy products soared 38.8% on year to US$716 million.
