Four fresh ASF outbreaks strike pig farms in Poland



Four new outbreaks of African swine fever have been reported recently on small pig farms located in different areas of Poland.


Two outbreaks have been detected on two farms with 314 and 447 pigs, located in Lubawa commune, Iławski county, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.


The third outbreak corresponds to a farm with 30 pigs, located in Czermin commune, Mielec county, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, and the fourth to a farm with seven pigs in Chojnów commune, Legnica county, Lower Silesian Voivodeship.
