Noble Group to build export terminal in Brazil
Asian grain trader Noble Group will build a soy and sugar export terminal at the Brazilian port of Santos, the local Estado newswire reported on Tuesday (September 17).
The terminal will have the capacity to store 90,000 tonnes of sugar and 73,000 tonnes of soy or corn, and be able to load 3,000 tonnes of farm commodities per hour, Estado reported.
Noble is one of Asia's largest commodities traders and Brazil is the world's leading sugar exporter.
