China Live Hog Weekly: Prices fall slightly despite supply surge (week ended Sep 16, 2015)
The quantity of finishing hog surged as farmers who held back releases earlier began to clear inventories as the Mid-Autumn Festival holidays drew near. Pork carcass volumes surged a whopping 7.33% to 8,787 tonnes over the week.
