Feed additives trader Dr. Eckel GmbH has announced the appointment of Dr. Frank Michel as its new sales director effective last September 1.

Dr. Michel, 55, holds a doctorate in biochemistry and has extensive experience in sales and team leadership, with particular focus on dietary supplements and their national and international distribution.

Dr. Antje Eckel, founder of Germany-based Dr. Eckel GmbH, said Michel's specific priority as sales director is the optimisation of sales activities to the advantage of the company's customers. "The rare combination of his (Michel's) education in biochemistry and the commercial implementation in the area of dietary supplements supports our customers to successfully introduce and applicate our product portfolio", she added.

Dr. Eckel GmbH is an international supplier of additives and refinement concepts for animal nutrition. It is a preferred partner to the feed industry and the agricultural sector.
