Indonesia raises frozen meat imports quota
The government of Indonesia has increased quota for imported frozen meats by 28,000 tonnes.
Through an approval letter for the October - December 2011 period, Agriculture Ministry's livestock director general Prabowo Respatyo Caturroso said the increase was needed to fulfil the industry's demand until the end of the year.
He was certain the quota increase would not affect the price of local cattle.
