Belarus meat costs to hike by 10%

 

 

By August 31, the maximum selling prices for pork and beef in Belarus would be limited to an increase of 10% according to the Ministry of Economy.

 

According to the decree, limiting the maximum selling price for pork potushnuyu first and second category is RUB1,454.8 (US$50.17) per one kg of pork third category.

 

Thus, the government intends to compensate for the rise in price of raw meat, even meat prices in domestic and international markets and facilitate market saturation of the Republic of meat.

 

In August, the selling prices for meat raised twice already - at 5% and 10%. Earlier, the Ministry of Economy to free prices on meat products sold in the markets and fairs.
