China's methionine import volume rises in July
China's methionine imports registered 7,926.53 tonnes in July, up by almost 1,800 tonnes from June's.
Average import price in July was US$4.05/kg, up by US$0.17/kg compared with the previous month.
Japan (2,358.43 tonnes), Belgium (3,460 tonnes) and France (1,250 tonnes) were the three largest exporters of methionine to China during the month in review.
