Haoyue builds Asia's largest beef production base in China's Jilin
Haoyue Group has set up a halal food industrial park which will boast Asia's largest beef production base in Changchun, capital city of northeast Jilin province.
In addition to food processing, the 6.8-sq-km park is also home to biochemical products manufacturing and leather logistics.
Several foreign companies from the Middle East, Europe, North America and Southeast Asia have reached cooperation agreements with Haoyue, with the first installment of capital expected to total US$650 million.
According to Cong Lianbiao, chairman of Haoyue, the products will mainly target the markets of the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
