"From an economic point of view of electronic public procurement encourage local businesses to help develop domestic producers. It so happened that we started e-procurement system in the midst of crisis. And it is in some way help to stay afloat for small and medium- sized businesses to a business that never before had access to government contracts," according to Chairman Board of LLC "Centre of e-commerce" Sultanzhan Akhmetov.
"Now, knowing how much the state is going, for example, spend money to buy meat and meat products, for some categories, businesses can plan their work, to calculate the forces and participate in state procurement," said Akhmetov.
