Vietnam pushes for cattle and poultry vaccination
Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development has asked local authorities to vaccinate all cattle and poultry against regulated diseases.
The ministry said that if farmers do not allow vaccination, it will not provide support in case of disease outbreaks.
The spread of cattle and poultry diseases in Vietnam is made more complicated when locations do not take protecting livestock seriously enough and vaccinate only 10 percent of animals, the statement said.
