Romanian meat processor H1 turnover rises 15.5 percent
  
  

Romanian meat processing company Angst has reported of a first half turnover increase of 15.5 percent to US$44.15 million.

 

Angst said its operational profit was equal to 2 percent of turnover.

 

A large portion of the turnover was generated by the sales of boiled, smoke-dried, fresh meat and raw-dried meat products, according to the company.

 

Angst produces salami, sausages, meat paste, bacon and other meat products. The company has three plants for meat products and a dairy, and operates 27 stores in Romanian capital Bucharest and in five Romanian towns.
