The 2nd China Dairy Conference & 2015 World Dairy Industry Expo - an update

In response to the rapid growth of China's dairy industry, building on the success of the first University of Minnesota China Dairy Conference, the University of Minnesota will organise the 2nd China Dairy Conference from October 26-28 in the Inner Mongolia International Conference and Exhibition Center, Hohhot, China.
The Conference is jointly organised with the National Mastitis Council (NMC) and China Veterinary Association Animal Medical Branch. During the conference, the 2015 World Dairy Industry Expo will also be held. The mission of the Conference is to provide scientific solutions for complex challenges facing China dairy production and management.
Authoritative industry organiser holding the professional exhibition
The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine is a leading veterinary college in the United States and dedicated to the education of future and current veterinarians and biomedical scientists, and the discovery of new knowledge and skills. Fully accredited, nearly 4,000 veterinarians and hundreds of scientists have graduated from the college. The college's faculty is nationally and internationally recognised for teaching and research excellence.
The 2015 China Dairy Conference is jointly organised with the National Mastitis Council (NMC) and China Veterinary Association Animal Medical Branch. Devoted to reducing mastitis and enhancing milk quality, it is believed that the joint-force will bring value to the Conference on topics like managing udder health, and milk quality and safety.
The Conference and Expo to strongly integrate the whole industry chain and develop China's dairy industry
The conference is estimated to attract over 2,000 participants, with the expo providing 15,000 square metres of exhibition space for them to showcase their technologies and products, including dairy farm design and construction; dairy cattle breeding; dairy cattle semen; embryos and reproduction equipment; feed and feed additives; dairy information management and equipment; animal health products; veterinary medicine; vaccination technology and products; yogurt, milk, cheese, butter, ice cream; a variety of ingredients and additives; dairy processing technology.
