Mekong Fisheries JSC's H1 net profit increases
Mekong Fisheries JSC (AAM) said its net profit rose by 23% last year to VND34.08 million (US$1.65 million) from January-June this year.
Its quarterly financial report stated that revenues increased 36.94% on year to VND317.97 billion (US$15.4 million) during H1 and the six-month earnings per share was VND3,328 (US$0.16) in contrast to VND2,441 (US$0.12) during the same period last year.
From April-June, AAM made a profit of VND19.15 billion (US$900,000) on earnings of VND192.25 billion (US$9.3 million), rising 20.74% and 38.37% on year, respectively.
AAM had total assets of VND334.53 billion (US$16.2 million) at the end of last month, increasing 0.96% from end-2010.
