China Broiler Weekly: Sharp rise in prices on strong demand, tight supplies (week ended Jul 15, 2015)
AA broiler prices jumped 8% on average, with those in the eastern regions leading with an 11% spike. As the quantity of finishing broiler shrank further, slaughterhouses increased bidding prices to secure supplies. As pork prices continued to climb, the demand for chicken products rose in tandem.
