AB Vista appoints new Customer Service Manager

AB Vista is strengthening its global customer relationships from within – by promoting multi-lingual Alison Williams to the role of Customer Service Manager.

 

Alison, who grew up on an arable farm in Cambridgeshire, has a degree in German and French – and more than 20 years of international customer service experience. Before joining the AB Agri group in 2002, she held export-related roles in both Spanish and German companies.

 

At AB Agri, Alison's first job was with KW Trident, organising the deliveries of liquid feeds and distillers. In 2008, she moved to AB Vista, where she honed her service skills liaising with AB Vista's growing base of customers in the UK and around the world. In her new role, she will report directly to AB Vista's Finance Director Ian Vincent.

 

Commenting on Alison's promotion, Ian Vincent said, "The past five years have seen increased global demand for AB Vista's market-leading portfolio of products. As Customer Service Manager, Alison will help us reinforce our commitment to our UK and international customers and enable us to meet their specific needs. I'd like to congratulate her on a well-deserved promotion."
