Alto Impex intends to sell assets 

Romanian dairy Alto Impex intends to sell its two factories and other assets valued at about EUR3 million (US$4.3 million), according to the media on Tuesday (Jul 5).

The company will put up the factories in Busteni and Provita in southern Romania, two land plots adjacent to the factories and a 50-hectare land plot for which it has a concession contract for 35 years for sale, the company's head Marius Mihailciuc said.

He added that the decision to sell the factories was taken in May but is not final as the company is considering other options such as leasing out assets or taking a loan.

Alto Impex has 20 employees.
