Kemira Oyj signs US$434-million revolving credit facility



Kemira signed a five-year EUR300-million (US$434 million) revolving credit facility with eight banks on June 30.


This is a committed credit facility to be used for general corporate purposes. The New facility replaces the EUR750-million (US$1.09 billion) facility signed in July 2005. The loan agreement includes a financial covenant based on gearing.


Banks acting as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Citi, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Pohjola Bank plc and SEB. Deutsche Bank AG and ING Bank N.V. act as Arrangers. Nordea acted as the Coordinator and is the Facility Agent in the Facility.
