Pas Reform fits Smart™ incubation system into Mosselprom's Russian hatchery
The Cherkizovo Group has helped to equip the hatchery of member company, ZAO Mosselprom, based in Moscow, Russia, with Pas Reform's Smart™ incubation technologies.
The hatchery capacity is 48 million eggs per year.
Mosselprom's strategy is built upon strict principles of safe, ecological production, to provide consumers with fresh chicken meat and products of the highest quality. Thus, Pas Reform was selected for the provision of its Smart™ technologies following a long-standing association with Mosselprom.
Mosselprom recently installed hatchery automation line which includes chick counter and boxing line, spray vaccinator, modular washing machine and macerator to ensure a high level of hygiene in the hatchery.
In addition to the design and installation of the hatchery, Pas Reform's senior poultry specialists and technicians will continue to conduct regular site visits, monitor hatchery data and equipment, and provide ongoing technical and consultancy services for Mosselprom's management team.
"Mosselprom is a very dynamic, progressive company, and with a strategy that centres on safety and sound ecological values in production, highly critical on the subjects of quality and efficiency," Wim Schaafsma, the general director of Pas Reform (Russia), said.
"Having cooperated successfully through a number of phases of the company's ambitious plans for expansion, we are delighted that Mosselprom once again chose Pas Reform as its incubation partner, as it focuses on further growth in the future."
