Zhengchang achieves production milestone of more than 9,000 pellet mills

 

Zhengchang Group has produced and sold more than 9000 pellet mills by May this year, the company said.

Its pellet mill market share has taken up 65% of the market in China while 6,800 feed enterprises around the world are currently using pellet mills manufactured by Zhengchang.

A developer of pellet mills since 1973, the company has created the KYW-32 mill which successfully broke the dominance of foreign countries in the employment of pellet mills.

It has also improved Chinese production of pellet mills in the feed industry which began to experience strong growth.

In recent years, Zhengchang's production technologies and equipment have progressed significantly, resulting in three series of jacket conditioner, 338 expander, 250 dry extruder, four series of grinder, five series of pellet mill and seven series of mixer. Furthermore, its 90KW, 110KW, 315KW and 360KW pellet mills and expander have passed the ministerial appraisal.

In this year's China Feed Industry Exhibition and Promotion of Animal Husbandry Production in Hefei, Zhengchang introduced its latest product 1208 pellet mill which debuted to wide industrial acclaim. 

The pellet mill has the largest capacity of 75 tonnes per hour in China, characterised by high stability, efficiency and intelligence, in addition to achieving the national-level certification. The successful development of the pellet mill lays a solid foundation for the Chinese feed industry to expand towards a large scale sector offering one-stop service at low cost, Zhengchang said.
